NoiseScribe
About

The transcript should survive the room.

NoiseScribe is a real-time transcription tool built around one conviction: speech recognition demos beautifully in a quiet studio and then falls over in the rooms people actually talk in.

What it is

NoiseScribe turns live speech into speaker-labelled, timestamped text in a browser tab — no install, no bot joining your call, no upload-and-wait. It gates the noise floor before inference, which is why it holds up in cafés, lecture halls and meeting rooms with a projector fan.

Two commitments shape every decision in it. The transcript is yours: exports in every format you might need, nothing locked in a workspace. And the audio is nobody's: it is streamed for transcription while you record and never stored on our servers afterwards.

Who's behind it

Chris Kerger
Founder

Chris builds NoiseScribe. The product came out of a familiar frustration: every transcription tool worked until the room got loud, and the rooms that matter — interviews, classrooms, tables of people — are loud.

Where it stands

NoiseScribe is young and in beta, and this page will say so for exactly as long as that stays true. The free tier is sixty minutes a month with no card; the paid plans fund the compute. What the product does today is documented plainly on this site — and what it doesn't do yet is not.
