What happens if I use all my hours?
On a paid plan, extra hours are $2.20 each and a session is never cut off mid-recording. On the free tier, recording stops when the sixty minutes are used and the allowance resets on the first of the month.
Is the free tier a trial?
No. It is sixty minutes of transcription every month, indefinitely, with no card and no expiry — the same model and the same accuracy as the paid plans, just less of it.
What does Team add over Pro?
Pooled hours across every seat, a shared transcript library, custom vocabulary for the names and terms your team uses, and SSO. Each seat costs less than Pro because the hours pool.
Which plan fits how I record?
Sixty free minutes covers an interview or two a month. Pro’s twelve hours covers weekly meetings, lectures or episodes. If several people record and you want one library, that is Team.
